The City Hotel - Ancona

I must say, one thing I really liked about my stay at this hotel was the decoration. The general areas were tastefully designed and had a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. It was easy for me to navigate through the building and the surrounding neighborhood, which made my stay much more enjoyable.

If I had to ask for one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, I would say that the staff could be a bit more attentive. Sometimes, the children of the staff seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more attentive to the needs of the guests.

The Express check-in and check-out feature at this hotel was a lifesaver! The hotel was a big disappointment. the carpets in the corridors and the curtains in the room were old and dirty, making the environment not very welcoming.
